About those letters and notifications, give your response. Disregarding those letters will only cause you some bigger problems. If the lender will go to the court to settle this dilemma, the court might find you irresponsible and at fault for intentionally ignoring those notifications. For that reason, disregarding is bad option. Furthermore, you should review your loan documents to see what consequences will happen to you.

It would also be helpful if you do some research about foreclosure laws. The internet can also give you some knowledge about it as well as some prevention means. Lastly, you really must start prioritizing and managing your finance. Be sure to minimize spending your money on things that are unnecessary and start saving some for your payment in mortgage.

You might carry lots of responsibilities at your back. Maintaining your property is also part of it. By doing so, you certainly must pay your balance before it would turn into a serious issue between you and your lender.
