This in turns leads to increased production. Improving on material utilization. As it goes, one mans meat us another mans poison, scrap material of one item can be used on another article o clothing to achieve a desirable effect. A good example is frills for an official blouse can be shredded and attached to the bottom of a casual shirt to achieve a warm summer effect. Also, small scraps of fabric can be cut up in round shapes to make an amazing set of polka dots that can be sewn over the skirt of a dress.
