Bring Out The Claws With Cheetah Checks

By Alan Plastin

Are you bored with your dull personal checks? Would you like to carry checks that are fun and stimulating and really say something about your individuality and style? Of course you would! These days, you can honor your inner feline with cheetah checks and they don't even have to break the bank thanks to the unbelievably low prices you can now discover online.

Mostly living in African and parts of the Middle East, the cheetah is known for his speed which can be as fast as 112 mph, making him the fastest land animal on the planet. Not only can they run fast, they can also accelerate quickly, too, going from 0-62 mph in 3 seconds. The cheetah's claws are semi-retractable as well, which sets him apart from other cats.

Even though the bulk of the cheetahs reside in Africa and southwest Asia, a miniscule population that has managed to endure can be discovered in Iran, too. The conservationists in this area are attempting to keep the small population thriving. An additional small group might also be subsiding in India, although this hasn't been well documented.

Cheetahs like to live in areas that have lots of land and prey for them to hunt. They love prairies, open biotopes, thick brush, and semidesert areas. They also like the savannahs and grasslands because there is dense vegetation and lots of other smaller animals that they can hunt.

Communication with each other can be made through a range of methods. Even though he can't roar, cheetahs can chirp, stutter, growl, purr, and yowl. Usually, they use chirping to find their young while their stuttering is a social sound that they make to converse with one another. Cheetahs normally growl and yowl when they are feeling threatened or are in a dangerous situation. Like any cat, purring is a sound of happiness for them.

Cheetahs were once tamed and domesticated and used to hunt large game for wealthy hunters and aristocrats. Cheetahs like to hunt in the cooler parts of the day, such as morning and early evening, and they stalk their prey before chasing it. Although they have a 50% success rate, if they don't catch their prey right away they will usually give up after a few minutes and move onto something else.

The ancient Egyptians kept cheetahs as pets and used them for hunting as well. These cheetahs were kept on leashes and then released when the prey was close. The Persians and Indians also used this technique of hunting with cheetahs. Some of the most famous leaders such as Genghis Khan and Charlemagne kept them while Akbar the Great had as many as 1,000 cheetahs.

Whether it's the images of cheetahs that you like, or just the animal print, you'll be sure to find a cheetah checks that you love. When you order your new checks online from a reputable company you can even save as much as 50%. Of course, you'll also have lots of images and styles to choose from, too.
