Get someone with much knowledge on digital programming and systems. This experience is likely to be from knowledge gained while working with an IT firm. With the knowledge, the person can easily interact with digital forensics.

Deep knowledge in cybersecurity is an added merit when considering to hire. This is because in digital dialectic most of the things one gets tasked with include solving cybercrimes. Get someone who understands the various ways in which data can be breached. Such a person who knows the different methods used is likely to know what should be done to prevent the violations from occurring. Individuals who have worked for cybersecurity firms are likely to be equipped with the knowledge.
